Jake, what would your list be? And I'm looking at my list... how did I not put Bourne Supremacy on there?

Glad to see Sahil's nod for Bourne, though it is ranked awkwardly low for what is probably one of the better products of the last 5 years. While some of the list may indeed be good --- I'm not sure how much I'd charge to actually sit through them --- just not my taste. Good discussion though.

Sahil, I like your list. There are a couple that I wouldn't rate as high, but in general, all of the movies you list were some of the year's best.

Ah Garth, you never cease to entertain me with your entertaining - if slightly off kilter - banter. :o)

Somehow I'm guessing Transformers will be at the top of your list this year, too - even though it was released last year. I will be releasing my Best Action Movies of 2007 list soon, and Transformers will probably be on there - but now I may put Ratatouille on there just to spite you.

Dear Ignorant Slut,

Ratatouille makes the list and Transformers does not? Holy crap. Who gives a rat's ass about a rat that want to make Italian food. The vermin should be exterminated.

I am surprised you did not put the Caged Banana Boy on the list. I would rather watch that 500 times in a row over 1 filthy minute of Ratacrappy.
