The less than stellar animation is just a part of its charm. I love the story and the song. Count me as one of the ones who will go and see the sequel in the theater and buy the DVD afterward. Hoodwinked 1 makes me and animators cringe at the visuals -- yes, that I will give you -- but the script and storyboard are tight as a knot, thanks to not being written by committee, and the film is entertaining -- more than I can say for Antz, Shark Tale, Madagascar, and Cars and beyond. Hail to those who have guts, no money, and a good idea -- thank you for entertaining us.
